What we collect
When you place an order or send an enquiry we collect the details you give us — your name, phone number, email, delivery address and the contents of your order — so that we can prepare and deliver it and contact you about it.
Payments
Online card payments are processed by our payment provider. FOODOM never sees or stores your full card number.
Cookies and local storage
Essential storage keeps your basket, your language and your cookie choice on your device. Analytics cookies are only set if you accept them, and you can change your choice at any time.
Maps
The map on our Visit Us page is loaded from Google Maps only after you tap “Show map”.
Your rights
